The key points in the 2009 AGM are outlined below: Membership of the Society increases to £15 for the year for all members except those under 18 in full time education. The rate for these members remains at £1. Ticket prices were set at £6.50 for adults, £5.50 concessions on Thursday and Friday performances only and £4 for all classes at matinee performances. Season Ticket prices are set at £12 for the season. This includes a reserved seat, a free cup of tea or coffee and a free programme. The October production is not included in the Season ticket as we are undertaking a promotion to "pay-what-you-think-it's-worth". Season ticket holders will still receive priority seating, a programme and coffee at this production but will take part in the promotion. The Committee were elected as follows: Gill Hutchinson (as Chair), Wayne Jarvis (as Treasurer), Lesley Shadbolt (Secretary) Rob Ward, Graham Dormer, Aimee Pickett and Barbara Holgate-Stuckey.
