It is easy to be misled into thinking that it is the actors that do all the hard work to make a production a success. Often, the unsung heroes are those that you don't get to see on stage - i.e. the backstage crew.

From building the set through to making the tea at the interval, there are lots of jobs that go on. Over the coming months, this section of the website will look at some of the jobs that go on before, during and after a production that the audience just doesn't see!
