Any chance to get dressed up again! The day following the Knebworth Fete the film and tv characters met again for a Garden Party hosted by Barbara and David Holgate-Stuckey at their Manor (as it’s fondly called!). We were joined by Indiana Jones (two of them!), The Man Who Came to Dinner, Martha Brewster and The Saint. The weather took a turn for the better and a game of croquet ensued. Quite a sight and who could guess that croquet could be so much fun! Quite the high spot giggle-wise was definitely the Vicar of Dibley on the trampoline – those pictures will be around for a long time!
